Our good friend Martin Guerra suffered a spine injury while riding his mountain bike and got paralyzed from his waist down. The medical treatment he's receiving is very limited and he has a very long recovery ahead. He needs a generous financial help!

Hello I'm Sergio Ponce De Leon, a long time friend of Martin Guerra. We met years ago, and we connected riding mountain bikes and partying. So sadly, Martin had a minor bicycle crash in May, just crusing down a mellow trail, but he fell back first into a rock, which injured his spinal cord. He's paralysed from his waist down at the moment. There is a minor light at the end of the tunnel, keeping a small chance of regaining any kind of feeling alive. He's currently being treated at Scripps in San Diego, but the health coverage from medicare is in the air, and limited and will not cover all the treatment he needs, nor any kind of special treatment or extended therapy. In addition to these quickly acumulating medical costs, Martin now faces the challenge of earning any income for a very long time. To make matters even worse, all his family members live far away in Argentina. Such a huge challenge Martin now faces, when all of sudden a very simple bicycle fall changed his life completely upside down. He needs all our support and company and motivation and financial help. Your donation will make a huge difference. Please spare whatever you can, and spread the word as loud as possible. Martin so deserves to be relieved from the financial fear that lies ahead, so he can deal with his new disability and focus on recoverying the best he can. Thank you!
