Our brother, Paul, recently went through a messy divorce and has some major legal battles to fight as a result.  Due to the seriousness of the situation, we can't go into too much detail, only that there are false allegations being pressed against him and the end result could be him losing his two little girls if it goes badly.  He has a good lawyer on standby, but because these are new allegations outside of the previous two dismissed court decisions, new retainer fees have to be paid and we are still recouping from the last round of legal fees.  The new retainer fee for the lawyer is $50,000 - if he can pay $30,000 up front before the court hearing on April 16th, then the lawyers office will allow him to make payments on the remaining amount. It's imperative that we get this lawyer on this case if he's going to have a chance at beating this.  For those of you that don't know Paul personally, he's a retired Army vet, and the goofiest, sappiest teddy bear of a person you could ever hope to meet. He has an amazingly big heart and is quick to jump in and lend a helping hand even when he can't afford to do so.  These last few months have been extremely hard on our brother, and his moral is at an all time low.
