In November 2023, CN Rail filed a civil lawsuit against pro-Palestinian Winnipeg activists for their alleged participation in a rail blockade calling for an arms embargo and end to the genocide happening in Gaza.

 

We–the named defendants–are asking for donations to help cover our legal costs!

 

In the event we raise funds in excess of our civil litigation costs, we will seek community consultation for how to best use them to support the freedom of the Palestinian people.
