From Mission Visionary, Dr. Lauren E. Myers:
Located high in the hills of St. Catherine, Jamaica, Coolshade Miracle Gospel Lighthouse is a place that is not found on most maps, and even some Jamaicans are unaware of its existence. This is where I was born and baptized at the age of 10 by Canadian missionaries. Unfortunately, the church has fallen into disrepair, an the renovation efforts that began in 2017 are still ongoing. Due to the effects of weather and time, it has become necessary to redo some of the effects of weather and time, it has become necessary to redo some of the work completed over the past eight years. My husband, Pastor J. Edsil Myers, and I are leading a small team to Coolshade to work on the building, conduct pastoral and member training, and minister to the children of the community. Each team member is covering their own expenses; your donation will be used to support the work of the mission.

Edsil Myers, wife Dr. Lauren E. Myers, Pastor Emeritus Larry Moore, wife, Patty Moore, and Minister James Agu, wife, Evangelist Nicole Agu.

Pastor Emeritus Larry Moore:
Has served 43 years in pastoral ministry' 20+ years at Calvary Assembly of God, Kissimmee, Florida. He looks forward to the trip with great anticipation and expresses his hope and prayer to get to know the heartbeat of the Jamaican people and have spiritual impact upon their lives. -
Minister James & Evangelist Nicole
Agu:
Have served in ministry for more than 15 years in support/administration personnel with dedicated focus in outreach and project coordination. From St. Louis, Missouri to Aba, Nigeria, God has used their shared passion for servant-leadership and helping others to make a significant impact in underserved communities around he world. They are excited to continue this work in Jamaica and witness the move of God through this mission!
