To whom it may concern,

I am a single mother of two boys that I love with all my heart. I am writing this letter asking for assistance with my older son. I am in need of assistance with legal fees for my son. My son was involved in a car accident at the age of 16 and suffered traumatic damage which involved 46 contusions to my son’s brain, in which he was in an induced coma. The doctors told me that there was nothing they could do to stop his brain from bleeding; the only thing that was on my side was time. I thought I was going to lose my son, but I had hope that God would see him through this and that he would wake up. My son woke up, although he had a long ways to go I was thankful that he pulled through and I was so over joyed because my son woke up and he is a walking testimony. Although my son was awake he still had a long ways to go. Because of my son’s injury, it left him mentally ill. He was 16 years old and had the mind of a 5th grader, I thank God he still remembered me and my family but a lot of things he truly could not comprehend. I talk to doctors and they told me it’s going to be tuff dealing with his mental illness that he has. I read a lot of books to help me try to understand what he  was coping with and how he was feeling and it is so hard, because one day he can be so sweet and happy and then minutes later he is upset or mad because he can’t understand what’s going on, why he can’t sleep or why he felt someone was after him. He would tell me mom I feel like I am dyeing and I would cry because I couldn’t understand why he would say these things. My son couldn’t comprehend a lot and would forget right at the moment you would tell him something. My son has not had his  father in his life to help him and guide him in the right direction. He wanted love from his father he needed him throughout his teenage years, my son was crying out for guidance and I am  doing  the best  I can to help him. My son is now 21 and in February he was around the wrong crowd and is now in a bad situation. I am asking for assistance for his legal fees. I need help to help my son get the help that he needs for his situation. I am gratefully appreciative of any assistance with his legal fees. Please him help him to get the care and attention that he needs , I am crying out for help because my heart aches for him because I am his mother and I need to do what I need to do for my son.
