Kitsap, County, Washington DCYF/CPS is attempting to legally kidnap Zurius Rosas and Riley Kilkenny.3 year old Zurius has been in foster care since 11/25/2018 and already scheduled to be placed for adoption within 6 months.9 month old Riley was removed from his parents and placed in foster care on 9/4/2020 solely because of his parent's medical marijuana use, despite the 22 year old Medical Marijuana law that contains parental protections.
Their mother, Sophia Rosas, and Riley's father, Sean Kilkenny, have done everything possible to have their children returned home - including successfully completing repeated court ordered assessments and services over the last two years. Due to COVID19 shutdowns, numerous delays and mistakes by DCYF, and delays through the court, these parents are being set up to fail by the department.
All in an effort to steal their children.STOP MEDICAL KIDNAPPINGIN KITSAP COUNTY!
