Toby and Lucy need vet care. Both mid-age dogs( 4-8, we have conflicting reports) they are a bonded couple who lost their Mom to a rare Cancer.
Toby and Lucy lost their family,and their home. A community of loving people are desperately trying to help meet their immediate (vet and shelter) needs, and long term needs, "A FAMILY " to love them, and Lucy spayed.
Their Mom, at the young age of 57 passed away. All her babies are now motherless. (fur and human) Her children split apart, we need to keep Lucy and Toby together. They are a bonded couple and need one another.

Toby and Lucy's Mom loved her furbabies, they need our help. Their Mom's oldest son (just graduated from college in August and planning on attending law school) can not give them the time and care they need. As he packed up his Mom's place, he desperately tried to find a good home for them.

The day before he had to turn in the keys and leave nice people stepped up and offered to try and help him. Our gift to him and his siblings is simple, show them that people do care, and will help and be there when you need them. These 3 children (separated) are our future.

Toby and Lucy are in a deluxe boarding facility,Bow Wow Resort in Pompano Beach FL - who are taking amazing care of them.
We do need to get them to the vets. (*updated see below) They are up to date on shots, but ...we were not able to establish if they received heart worm preventive , before giving to them we needed to ensure they are still heart worm negative.
Toby has allergies, his right eye is goopy and we need to have it checked out.
Toby also has some skin issues that need to be checked.
* Lucy will need to be spayed(not on our first visit)

The Fairy Fur Angels helping them are not a rescue, and not sponsored by a rescue at this point.
We are relying solely on the goodness and kindhearted fellow Fairy Furbaby Angels donations.

Our goal is to get them 100% vetted and find them either a temporary foster home or a wonderful,furever home, like their Mom would have wanted. In the meantime donations collected after vetting is covered 100% will go towards their boarding fee.

Lucy is a shih tzu , full of pep and oh such a sweet princess.
Toby her handsome beau is a beagle, he is a adventurer and loves to explore a backyard.
Both are love bugs!

We need a home together for them, a yard of their own to play in,is a plus. They need LOVE and both are oh so sweet.

** please note we did first set up a chipin which collected $5 towards this cause - we canceled it and went with fundrazr as chipin is closing soon.

*** if any donations made remain after the full vetting is paid, it then will go to boarding costs or fostering needs if one is found before they are re-homed.
