My name is Chadwick Jump, and I’m a graduate student studying Interior Architecture and Design at Drexel University in Philadelphia. After my professional career was disrupted, a ripple effect of setbacks began, I moved here to begin rebuilding my life. Moving costs, storage, and temporary lodging depleted my resources when I moved here.

Now, I am at risk of losing everything I own. I placed in storage during this transition. My storage unit is scheduled for auction on Thursday, the 24th. IN TWO DAYS!!!

I had expected approximately $4,600 from my fall financial aid refund to help cover living expenses and bring my storage account current. I had previously been told I would receive a refund despite an outstanding summer balance. I have now been told that those funds will instead go toward that balance, leaving me without the money I was counting on to prevent the auction. 

I’m raising money first to pay the amount required to stop the storage auction and protect my belongings.

It is demoralizing to ask for help after working so hard to start over, but I am trying to protect what I still have and keep moving forward. Any contribution, however small, will help. If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean a great deal.
