Meet Michael a brave 14-year boy from Kinnitty, Co. Offaly who has faced an unimaginable challenge in a tragic accident involving a tractor. Michael lost his leg, however, he hasn’t let this setback define his spirit or determination.
Now we have an opportunity to come together to support Michael
on his journey to recovery. Michael’s life took a dramatic turn when
this accident occurred. He was an active teenager who loved his sports
and simply being outdoors. Despite the loss of his leg, he remains
full of hope and dreams. Michael is determined to regain his
independence and live life to the full.
We are organising this fundraiser to help Michael access the health
care, rehabilitation and future prosthetic technology he needs to
regain his mobility and
confidence. The cost associated with his
recovery are significant and any contribution big or small can make a
meaningful difference.
