As most of you already know, since the legalization of cannabis in Canada growing cannabis at home has been banned in the provinces of Quebec and Manitoba.

My name is Janick Murray-Hall and I recently won a court battle against the government of Quebec that ruled the province’s ban on growing cannabis at home to be unconstitutional.

Obviously, with endless taxpayers funds, the Quebec government has appealed the decision and Prime Minister Legault has said that he will fight this until the Supreme Court.

It is important to bring this battle up to the Supreme Court because it creates a precedent and will eventually allow Manitobans to grow at home as well.
