Hello, 

My name is Jen Normand and I will be running the 122nd running of the  Boston Marathon on Monday, April 16th, 2018. Running Boston was always a far-fetched dream or so I thought until I met Will Fulford.  In the Spring of 2016, I was fortunate enough to start training with Coach Will, first completing a half marathon and eventually completing a full Marathon with a time that qualified me to run the Boston Marathon in 2018.  Unfortunately, Will was taken from us much too soon in December of 2016.  Will was a true inspiration to all who knew him.  He had a special place in the running community as an accomplished runner and truly outstanding coach.  

A Running Passion is an organization that was created in memory of Will Fulford by his family and friends as a way to continue Will's legacy of giving back to his community and enhancing the lives of young people through sport. The organization has provided scholarships for students in Kennebunk and Biddeford, raised funds to improve area running trails and provided coaching services for young athletes.  For more information on this terrific organization please visit their website. Will was an amazing person who taught me so much about running and life in such a short amount of time. In an effort to honor his legacy I am attempting to raise 5,000 to support the nonprofit so that others can benefit from Will's amazing spirit.
