Janine is a a great mom, friend, hard-worker and child of God.  Her youngest daughter, 6 1/2 year old Shimmer recently passed away on the first Sunday of Advent, December 1, 2013 due to complications from a peanut allergy and anaphylactic shock .  Shimmer spent two weeks sedated in the hospital after she was given CPR to save her life.  Unfortunately, due to the lack of oxygen that she experienced during cardiac arrest her little body could not sustain itself.

Although Shimmer was unresponsive when she was brought into the hospital, the staff, nurses and doctors became very attached to her.  This is a testament to her light and her spirit.  Shimmer was a child that was always smiling and giving people big hugs.......even people she didn't know.  She is truly one of God's little Angels.

Friends of Shimmer's mom are initiating this fundraiser in order to help with the costs that have arisen because of this unexpected tragedy.  We ask that you give what you can or at the very least say a prayer for the family and for all those that love little Shimmer.  In the spirit of giving, we ask for your help.
