At The Schoolhouse Estate, we believe gathering matters.
Our vision is to preserve the character and history of this
remarkable building while thoughtfully transforming it into a
one-of-a-kind wedding and event venue. From gathering spaces filled
with natural light to beautiful grounds designed for celebration,
every renovation decision is guided by our desire to create a place
where you can gather well, celebrate fully, and leave feeling more
connected than when you arrived.
This isn't a venue built from scratch. It's a piece of Iowa
history being lovingly restored. Because beautiful spaces matter.
But the people inside them matter even more.

Many of you have asked how you can help preserve this
place. We never expect anyone else to fund our dream, but we also know
this building belongs to generations of memories, and many of you have
shared that you’d love to leave your own mark on its next chapter.

The Varsity Team Dinner
The first 100 people to answer The Roll Call at this level will be invited to a private catered dinner celebrating the completion of Phase One.
They'll be the first people to walk through the restored ground floor before it's open to the public.
Important note: Admission is per person. Couples
would each need their own Varsity Team membership.
Also included:
- The Year Book (monthly insider newsletter first one coming in August)
- Quarterly behind-the-scenes livestreams
- Early looks at restored spaces before they're posted publicly
- Vote on occasional design decisions
- Early access to community events

Each restored window is more than glass and trim. It’s one more piece
of this old school looking alive again.
