Tru-Tech Services emerged in 2022 with a vision to revolutionize the telecommunications landscape. Despite our early success, the lack of essential equipment and a suitable vehicle has hindered our ability to meet the overwhelming demand for our services.
The journey to founding Tru-Tech was born out of necessity. In 2021, amidst the global upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself among the many left unemployed by a major international coal-producing company. Faced with a sea of unanswered job applications, I made the courageous decision to forge my own path. Beginning with humble home maintenance tasks, I soon realized the potential within my specialized field of telecommunications. However, without adequate resources, I was forced to turn away opportunities.
My expertise was further refined during a contract position in England, where I contributed to the construction and repair of optic fiber networks. While financially rewarding, the aftermath of unemployment left me grappling with debt, including overdue rent. As the contract concluded in September 2023, returning to South Africa, I found myself lacking the necessary capital to sustain and expand my business.
What sets Tru-Tech apart is our unwavering commitment to empowerment and inclusivity. Rooted in my expertise and validated by previous employments, Tru-Tech aims to not only deliver top-notch telecommunications services but also to uplift individuals facing barriers to traditional employment. Through targeted training programs, particularly for graduates of technical schools catering to learners with disabilities, we strive to provide meaningful employment opportunities and equip individuals with the skills needed for success in the telecommunications industry.

Nissan NP200, at an estimated cost of R100,000.00, is crucial for
transporting tools and equipment.
3. Operational Expenses: Funds
are needed to cover salaries and day-to-day expenses, ensuring the
smooth operation of our business.
4. Stock: Procuring necessary
stock is vital for meeting client demands and maintaining service excellence.
