We are a group of experienced dentists who travel abroad to provide much-needed dental pain relief to those who have little or no access to dental care in the world. We gather all the equipment and supplies needed to treat for free several hundred patients each time. We are all volunteers who take time off of our private practice to serve these populations in need. We also bring dental students with us to introduce them to humanitarian help and to give them the "bug" to continue in the future.
We will be going to a small field hospital in Rio San Juan in the Dominican Republic on April 12th for 10 days. We need your help to lighten the team's financial burden incurred by traveling and buying dental supplies. Every little bit counts.
Each donation enables us to provide more pain relief to both young and old. The treatments we provide are simple (extractions, cleanings, and cavity repairs) but essential. Who wants to live with deep cavities and dental abscesses?!
A tax receipt will be provided for donations of 100$ or more (by the not-for-profit organization Kindness in Action)
