Amy went missing in Denver, Colorado on July 8, 2011. The family (who reside in Michigan) was notified in early March 2014 that remains positively identified as Amy's had been found in Wheat Ridge (Jefferson County), Colorado and also in Adams County Colorado.  Although we knew this was a possible outcome, the news has devastated Amy's family and friends, and we thank you for your condolences, prayers, and well-wishes.

Donations are appreciated for bringing Amy's remains back home to Michigan, memorial services expenses, buying a plot and headstone, and her burial expenses.  Remaining funds will be donated to charities such as Texas Equusearch (an organization that helped in the search when she went missing) or used to start a memorial scholarship fund for the Interior Design program at Eastern Michigan University, where she graduated from in 1996.
