Hi, my name Is Juan, I'm 37 years old, i live in Venezuela. I've been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in july 2025, im in hemodialysis treatment 3 times per week since then... The cause of my disease was non controlled blood pressure (high pressure) for a long Time...

I'm in stage 5 which means that my kidneys had less than 15% of functionality. My hemodialysis treatment Is almost free, but my medication for blood pressure, blood tests, and other medical expenses depends on me, currently im unemployed, it has been really difficult to find a job with this condition, I'm asking a Little bit of help to cover my yearly insurance cost, with that payment the insurance covers my medication cost and medical expenses...
