I am a visionary Kenyan dedicated to pioneering nature-based solutions and championing the intersection of women and climate change with a mission is to empower communities by enhancing their social, ecological, and financial capital. Inspired by my childhood memories of growing up in a thriving environment and driven by the need to restore Kenya's degraded natural resources, I aim expanding the use of regenerative practices and landscape restoration, particularly in arid and semi-arid regions. Given the urgency of food insecurity and the climate crisis, I am promoting programs that empower women to adopt regenerative farming, healthy soils, and landscape restoration.

Women are the ones that tend to the land in rural communities, yet they own nothing. I have been collaborating with local communities to enhance income generation, nutrition and food sovereignty in households by women which has been a big transformation.
