Hi, my name is Zee.
I'm a disabled queer person trying desperately to stay afloat economically.
Working is very hard for me and I've come close to losing my job because getting accomodations for my depression and anxiety is very difficult.
I also have issues with chronic fatigue, Which doesn't help at all.
If I stay at my job, I fear my mental health will continue to decline. I've been in crisis several times because of the stress and strain working has on me. It's greatly diminished my quality of life.
If I can't work then I will be forced to try and go on disability, which is nearly impossible for someone with mental disabilities.
I don't want to go on disability. I want to live independently, without welfare. I want to earn my money, even if I need help getting started.

Recently I've decided to put my creativity to use and hopefully make money that way.
I asked myself, "What do I need that others may also need?"
I realized that certain small tasks are difficult for me, and putting jewlery on is one. Unless it's very easy for me to put on and take off I avoid it.
So, I've begun to work on a product that will allow others to easily accessorise no matter their abilities.
This will be an alternative to the nearly impossible to open clasps that you find on most jewelry. It will hopefully be applicable to many types of jewelery.
My hope is to revolutionize the jewelry industry.
Unfortunately, the company I am working with does not provide their services for free. They need the funds to do research and plan for product development.
For this, they are asking for $895.
After that, I will have a clear plan of how to proceed further, and will have to spend upwards of thousands of dollars to make a sample product, design packaging, and market it to interested companies that may want to produce my product.
I want to put this product out to help others, and so that I may potentially never have to worry about funds again.
