Hi friends!

If you've known me or followed me for any small amount of time, you've likely learned a couple things: 

• I miraculously survived a rare metastatic cancer (Hapatoblastoma, mets: lungs) when I was 6-7 years old.
• I love kiddos. I am a pediatric physical therapist and literally get paid to play. I have friends who call me a baby whisper. And I've been declaring I  would've had a baby yesterday for the past decade. 
• Optimism is my default. Sometimes it causes me to be crushed when hard trials arrive without any warning (ie-mental prep). But other times it radiates a hope that restoration is possible!

Combine all of those things and you will end of up an overly optimistic cancer survivor battling infertility. 

Unfortunately, the chemo that saved my life also is making it near impossible to bring life into this world. Last year my husband and I were fast tracked to the only remaining option of pregnancy: IVF with donor eggs. Sadly, it failed. But after taking our time to grieve, we are ready to begin again, with a refreshed hope that it will work this time! 

As my 25th cancer-free celebration draws near, our hope is to raise money for my infertility treatments. I want to celebrate all the good that has come out of my cancer diagnosis. I want to live a life that displays real restoration, the process of finding beauty in what starts as a blemish. And we want that theme to continue throughout our infertility story.

And I’d love to see God provide that possibility by moving y’all’s hearts to give. Will you consider what it means for you to support beyond prayers? And make my 25th cancer free anniversary the best ever?!
