Can you help the one eye mau fiv + to travel to foster home in UK to strat socialize her to find her home instead of being wait in boarding in cage

Her story is very sad one from 2 years and more when i saw her in street & she was with 3 babies moving them .. i start to feed her but she was aggresive but once she used me she was comming to me running .. she keep non stop pregnancy .. every 3 or 4 months she have new 5 or 4 babies & the previuos one is died .. every time she start to be weak & weak so from few months i decide i must stop this & take her to be spayed & stop this .. so i find her with 4 babies so i catch them all to the boarding .. i was mange to spay her & back her to street but sadly i couldn't do that cause her health become better & gain weight & take more time to be spayed cause she was still feed her babies .. any way i know it will be hard to find home as she is FIV + & not friendly .. but luckily she have amazing foster home in UK to be socialaized & rehomed

So please help her .. she deserve this chance after all this suffering
