In the US, you are innocent until proven guilty, unless a minor accuses you of a crime. In the interest of protecting the minor, you are guilty, until you can prove your innocents.

On Feb. 10, 2015, my family and I were plunged into a nightmare. My brother Nick was arrested and charged with multiple felonies. My family and I are now in the fight for his life.

Nick is a young man, just beginning his life's journey as an adult. He had a full time job that he enjoyed working, now he sits in jail, falsely accused of these awful crimes. Nick graduated with degrees in both mathematics and psychology, with the goal of wanting to help troubled youth. In the summer of 2014, Nick got the opportunity to pursue his goal by being hired to work at a youth center. While working at the youth center, a young teenage girl became enamored with him. She stated that they were having a romantic relationship, and were planning on getting married. On the morning of Feb. 10, 2015, Nick Clark was falsely accused and arrested, as he was getting ready for work. The evidence against Nick is circumstantial at best. The entire case is based on the teenage girl's statement. She stated that Nick called her friend to wake her up, then she snuck out of her friend’s house so Nick could pick her up. Nick than took her to his apartment, and got her drunk. There are multiple issues with her statement. First, Nick has never seen this girl outside of his work. Second, Nick has no idea where this girl’s friend lives, where he supposedly picked her up. Third, Nick does not keep alcohol in his apartment. There is no physical evidence in this case. This case has been poorly investigated from the get go. There has never been a search warrant executed for his apartment or car. There is no physical evidence, and there is no clear evidence that puts them together at any time outside of the youth center. I was shocked that you could be arrested and charged with so little evidence.

My family and I are hardworking people; we all have full time jobs, but we do not have a lot of extra income. We would like to hire an investigator and a tech specialist to help get the evidence needed to clear Nick. Please help support my family and I in our effort to clear my brother Nick.
