I would very much like a couple of moments of your time to explain why this situation is very much dire strays of an emergency situation for my father and myself. Below is an explanation of what is going on and why I really need the extra donation's and helping hands for this Fundrazr!

My father's birthday is also on July 24th, which would be tomorrow by the time this launches! 

Now here is the run-down on why this situation is a bit more situation than other situation's my father and me have been in. For the first time, in my life I am very worried, concerned and spend quite a few sleepless nights at times worried about the subject. 

If you have sometime to read the full story it would mean a lot to me.

My father moved into a seniors building. Shortly, a few months of have living in here, my Dad his personality always wanting to socialize has caused him some very serious health issues and personal issues.

Will explain both: A few months of living here, my father interacting with other elders who have sickness' and other viruses just basically floating around here. My father fell seriously. Having to spend 4 months in the hospital trying to save his life, he caught very bad flu and docs said he caught pneumonia and needed breathing tubes in order to survive and basically trying to get his breathing back to normal on his own. Shortly after that, he was able to recover, thankfully. But, it only got worst a couple months later. After recovering the first time of getting sick of interacting. My father stayed in and was getting better and staying away from people for awhile to recover from months in the hospital. 

Another day, he was helping someone in the building carry their some of their food to their door because they couldn't carry it all. The man who asked for my Dad's help shook his hand and said thank you. Again, my poor father, got a rare infection literally just mere weeks of recovering back in the hospital. The bug was so rare, the doctors had to transfer him to another city for other health equipment that would help speed things along for this health, getting a rare bug the second time around, from his first time going in the hospital, this time around his kidney's were slowly shutting down. With a blood clot slowly happening in one of his eyes. This time, the second time around, it required doctors to work on his kidney's and eye sight pretty much 24/7, this time my father had to spend 6 months in this health situation in the hospital. With amazing doctors and health scientists working on his kidney's they manage to get them better within 3 weeks, working on it none stop. However, the vision is his left eye, was not as friendly or kind in healing, to this day because of his vision in the one eye (70 per cent gone) it has been difficult for him to say in the slightest. So now, my father requires some personal help with daily chores and activities. So me being his son, had agreed to move in to help with all sorts of problems to help his stress level be a bit lower around with my help. 

Coming back later, after recovering the second time, I moved in with him. Then my father's housing situation has fallen through. 

Having been here, he has had none stop issues with the landlord over the simplest issues and feels like in my opinion harassment towards my Dad for the troubles they are causing him, over the last couple months because other members in the building are slowly losing their minds and constantly bugging my father out of no where when he walks in the hallways, they complain none stop about my Dad having music on (Even called the cops a few times) the landlord basically said since so many people are complaining (over the simplest things unfortunately) that they gave my Dad and eviction notice and going through the court proceedings, sadly my Dad lost and has now, a very limited amount of time to leave. Certain people that live in this building are amazing and so funny and great to get a long with, whom I get along with as well. But the other's that live here, sadly love to go out of their way to cause my father trouble for no reason. My father being around other seniors who are getting older and more unhinged is the reason sadly my Dad got so many complaints for the stupidest things like for example his music, which he does not play that loud, they complain about his dog. And sadly also, they complain about me being here (not knowing I am his care giver, so I have to be here with him frequently and basically 90 per cent of the time) 

THE LAW SAID: You have until September 1, 2024 to BE OUT!!

After months of going to court. The law has decided we have to be officially out of here at that date and no later.

There is good news in all this though!!!!!! Since I knew going through the court with my father months prior I had a feeling that if things fell flat short that I should save money along with my fathers money into a secret locked account that I cannot touch until September 1st, 2024 making sure to secure that we have some funds for our new place, basically first and last I manage to have locked away in the account for this reason and found a great small spot in the country where fishing is rapid, which my father does. I would love to be able to make it up to him for the last year of all the sad, depressing and worrying things that have happened to him all at once. 

You are probably wondering by now, if you have money locked into an account for first and last, then what is the point of this? I will gladly explain and I want to say thank you if you have made it this far into reading my article explaining everything going on in the situation. 

Have found a house monthly for rent, the landlord has agreed for us to rent it on Sept 1st, 2024. Which is beyond fantastic! BUT 2 things wrong with this and the whole reason for my Fundrazr. Landlord was stern and FIRM if you are not here by Sept 3rd, 2024 "I will have no choice but to rent it to next guy" 

My worries are: 

All the money I have saved for this house if not there by that date, I will have to use all my money on AirBNB types or cheap motels with my father which can add up daily. Would really eat up my money financially cripple me with no other options to go. 

THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS FUNDRAZR: Having such short time being Sept 1st, 2024 and only having 2 more days to get there. 
This trip from where I am to there is about 3 hours roughly! 

THERE IS THE EXPENSES of the following

(which I cannot save anymore and any money coming in I need to survive and take care of father and myself if I spend anymore I wont be able to pay any bills, eat or basically do anything at the way the rate things are going) 

Expenses for moving that I cant afford even if I wanted: 

-Paying a UHAUL with taxes roughly is 
$400

-Asking my friend who has a licence to drive us (which is about 3 hours away from where I am located) is asking $150 for the whole day to drive us there, help us unload our stuff into our new place and take the UHAUL back for us. For him this would be pretty much a whole day trip for him and is nice enough to help. 

A total of $150

Gas for the UHAUL because it a 3 hour drive (with traffic on a busy day roughly) and 3 hour drive back for my friend who has to drop off the Uhaul since he is going back that way anyway. Since trucks of that size are a bit more costly on a regular car I want to hope to have at least $200 for gas. A $100 there and $100 back for gas, I of course would load up on the Rez near by on some cheap gas before for the trip to help get as much gas as we can for the way there. And gas in general is going up no where you go, so the Rez would be a better option for this for gas.

And maybe if not asking too much since I am already writing a book ..lol }There is a deposit for the water bill and gas at the place of the house for $200 

Which would be a total of $950. But the way I look at it, I am very optimistic about this Fundrazr and if we work together and I have items that will be mailed to you. Working together, some items I am selling would be great for resale or just keep, whatever the case is, I am happy to get any sort of help. 

Again, the good ol' saying goes in these situations "Every dollar counts" it surely does, even you can donate as low as $1, it means a lot to both of us. Little or high its all helps and makes it more easy. Again, every dollar counts, more so in this situation! Thank you so much from myself and my father. This is very dire situation and would leave us with nothing if we dont need meet this goal. 

I am stretched thin from saving for months and months, I am already behind on only a few bills right now (thankfully) because of this but I really do need the help, its not just myself its my father who has been through so much hell and back that I am afraid that any stress would be too much for him at this time considering all he has went through. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART LIKE THE GOOD OL' SAYING GOES "EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS" Quite literally, even if you could spare whatever you can it would mean so much to my father and myself and would make this situation a lot more, less stressful....

I really need to make this goal everyone. If we all get together, maybe this all will all be over and all the drama will be drama free from now on, from here on out, which we are in the new small town!
