Hi. I am a 50 year old truck driver. I've worked hard all my life, and live by old-school values. I believe a man needs to take care of his responsibilities, and my children were/are my priority.
My wife had an affair behind my back, with my BROTHER. She eventually left me to marry him. She is so machiavellian that she conspired to get back with me long enough to get pregnant, then went back to my brother. Why? He can't have kids. He's raised my son from birth.
She manipulated the courts and she took full custody of my 2 kids, and cut me out of their lives. My brother became their dad, and took over all aspects of what used to be my life. He works for a municipality and earns a very good wage with full benefits that my children are part of. He took over everything that my life had been. My ex turned my children against me and although I've tried to remain in their lives, they will have nothing to do with me now, due to my exes tarnishment.
Right from the start she taught the children to not say " ____ is my uncle". She forced them to call him dad from the start. It was easier with my son though, because that's all he's known. And I struggle to pay the support she never needed. My own brother once told our dad that they don't need my money. I still believe in paying my share. But then my ex saw how much she could get and started pushing for everything. Medical expenses (even though they were on my brothers medical). Tutor fees, yet they never used a tutor.
In the divorce, court had ordered child support payments, which I have paid over $100,000 in the ensuing years. She enrolled in FMEP and lied to them and said I owed money before the court ordered support. Now, they say I owe this money plus interest, to the tune of over $20,000.
In their efforts to collect all this money, FMEP have suspended my passport and my drivers licence is pending, knowing full well I'm a truck driver. My ex knows I can't be without these to earn my living. She believes I have money to pay this, and will just pay it to get rid of this erroneous debt, but I just don't. She has manipulated the system all through these years.
My wages are being garnished. To date, they've taken over $5000 plus regular payments. And you know what she did with that money? Certainly wasn't spent on my kids. Nope. She took a trip to ITALY. Yup she sure did. I haven't had a vacation in 10 years. She takes 4 a year. Usually cruises.
I am asking for donations to help me pay my lawyer to fight FMEP and my ex, and get my passport and licence, and my life, back.
