David is one of the most loyal 21 year olds you will ever meet. He is a true sweetheart. He is one of those guys that you can just meet and talk for 15 minutes with and become friends. He is always helping out others. Whether it's saving a kid from getting lost at Disney World, or helping a friend move, trying to pay for a stranger's groceries because their card got declined, or giving people rides when he can, he always thinks about others.
David is a hard working kid. He gives it his all on the football field and he does the same in his work. He has two jobs. On the weekdays he installs cabinets and on the weekends he powerwashes and paints houses. His weekend boss was planning on helping him get set up to do jobs on his own too! He was excited about his future.
I have known David for six years and I have seen the best and worst of him. And even on his worst day, he would NEVER hurt or steal from anyone. Everyone that knows him for even just a week, knows that he couldn't have done something like that. Nobody could believe what was happening when he got arrested.
We found a lawyer that says she can win this case. The only problem is that she wants $7,500 up front, which does not include any additional legal expenses like subpoenas or depositions. We were told these expenses can add up to an additional $2,500. We also need $25,000 to get him out of jail and back home to his family and puppy. David also keeps telling me he wants to get back to work so he can continue on with his life and future.
