I am raising awareness for a family friend whom is in desperate need of your help. I have given all that I could, requested assistance from the church and held her hand while she applied for all the government programs she is allotted. This has gone far beyond the normal bounds of sacrifice this young woman has been through hell and back. She's asked that I conceal her real last name but Tammy  of Williamsburg, VA needs your help.

Here's her story:

In the summer of 2012 Tammy graduated from High School, barely making it to her graduation due to her pregnancy. The father of her child was sent to prison due to fraud, at which time she chose to work over going to college. 

Now a single mother, she was forced to step in and take care of her grandmother due to the loss of her uncle ( whom was the sole provider and caretaker ). With no time to grieve, the father of her child chose to take her to court, claiming she was unfit, causing an investigation resulting in the child being taken from the only home she's ever really known ( which wasn't in the best condition due to financial straits). For the past two years she has been fighting to take care of her bed ridden grandmother, while working a part time job at night, and trying to keep her wits about her for her child when she has visitation.

On August 18th, her grandmother suffered a stroke, causing her to have to go the hospital. Faced with the stress of the mounting court date on September 3rd, she had a panic attack.

This wonderful woman has no insurance and is the sole provider paying for the rent, lights, water, food and still finds time to try to help others. 

I'm pleading that you consider helping her. She has no other real familiy and every program we could enroll her in to help is either having her on a waiting list or can't help.
