Our labyrinth is one of three gardens being restored and cared for by volunteers as part of the Teaching Gardens in Churchill Park, Westdale.

It was designed by artist Martyn Kendrick, and is one of several in the city that are part of a peace garden project being stewarded by Culture of Peace Hamilton.  We were thrilled when Martyn approached us, and are proud that our park now has one of his labyrinths.

Last year the 'bones' of the labyrinth were constructed through may hours of work by community volunteers.  This year, we would like to add decorative stones, plantings, and a cedar peace pole hand-carved by a local artist.

We would be extremely grateful to everyone who is willing to help us complete our vision for this special space.
