In May, I will take part in this years Tough Mudder Competition. As a part of this, I am raising funds for Aresha's brother's Autism Day Center for Adults in Singapore. It is a cause close to me, Aresha and her family. Your support will go a long way.
In May 2013, I will be taking part in this years Tough Mudder Competition. I will be crawling under barbed wire, jumping through rings of fire, swimming in icy lakes and getting electrocuted by 10,000 volts - all in a 10 mile endurance assault course.

As part of this, I will be fundraising for a charity that is close to me, Aresha and her family.

Aresha's brother, Ashwin, has autism. He is part of a small, independent day care center for adults with high-levels of autism in Singapore.

Unlike the UK, Autism is not a very well-addressed subject in Asia. As such, the facilities, funding and opportunities they have are limited.

Aresha's family continuously raise funds for monthly day excursions for the group of autistic adults there. I went along with them on a water theme park excursion on one of my recent trips to Singapore. It was extremely rewarding to see how happy it made them.

This year I decided to dedicate the money raised from my Tough Mudder participation to their day excursions which I will personally hand to them in June 2013.

I hope you can give generously.

Thank you all for your support and I hope I cross the finish line!
