My breast cancer journey

hey guys for all of yous that know me and for those that don't this page has been set up to raise awareness of breast cancer in us young pups! keep yous posted on my journey :) and also for support to achieve the one thing I really wish for!

Last july I came home from a holiday of a life time in Sri Lanka & Dubai and two days later my breast was hugely swollen. I was seen by a locum GP two days later who insisted I was only thirty and that it was nothing sinister and likely to be a cyst. As time progressed my symptoms worsened and I knew something was wrong! As it happens after much persuasion on my part I was sent for a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy's.
The same day I was told I more than likely had breast cancer. By October I was diagnosed with incurable bone metastasis in my femur, both hips, pelvis,lower spine and upper spine.
My journey has been only five months so far and it feels like a life time....
The first chemotherapy FEC-T allowed the tumours to keep growing , the second Paclataxel caused me to have two severe reactions and now lastly i am taking an oral tablet, with the hope of slowing the progression of my cancer down.
Today I had the results of a my latest CT scan and it shows the cancer is now in my liver and lungs also and hence the reason for this page as time really is valuable.

So here goes lol me and Gordon have been together for a few years now and we have no kids. Our life has been about working hard and living through holidays and making memories....
I don't have a bucket list as such but I would love to get married abroad on a beach whilst I can and I would love if anyone can help in any way to help us achieve this! A just giving page will be set up for donation and charity nights will follow.
