From Ink to Ingredients: A New Recipe for Life

There’s a time in every soul’s journey when reinvention becomes survival. For me, it started with ink and ended with inspiration. Once a tattoo artist from the gritty, vibrant streets of New York City, I lived for the needle, the hum of the machine, and the stories people wore on their skin. It was art, passion, pain, and healing all in one—but it wasn’t dependable. Not for someone who needed a second chance. Not for someone trying to start over.

I came to Costa Rica with a heart full of hope and a head full of dreams. An East Coast expat chasing peace, leaving behind years of struggle, rejection, and judgment. Being a gentle soul—a nature- and animal-loving hippie in a world that rewards sharp elbows—meant I often found myself on the outside looking in. The bullying, the injustice, the labels… it all wore me down, but it never broke me.

I believe in karma. I believe that the love we put out eventually comes back, even if the return takes the long way. So here I am, waiting for my return. Not passively. Actively. With flour on my hands, fire in my soul, and recipes dancing in my mind.

I wasn’t always in the tattoo game. Back in Florida, I helped run my family’s food business. I saw food not just as a product, but as energy. My energy. My intention. I wasn’t just serving meals—I was feeding souls. And it worked. The customers felt it, tasted it, came back for it. It was love in every bite.

Now, I see my path clearly.

I’m here to flip the script. From tattoo machines to burger grills. From ink to ingredients. From survival to service.

Fast food’s always in demand—but I’m not here to add to the problem. I’m here to change the game. I want to make junk food joyful again—just cleaner, healthier, more nourishing. The same comfort, the same flavors, but with heart and health in every layer. For the diet-conscious, for the reckless snackers, for the curious foodies who want flavor without guilt.

My gourmet fast food isn’t just a hustle—it’s a movement. A way to prove that even those of us cast aside still have something beautiful to offer.
