I was finally able to escape 2 years ago, I've been found 8 times and the police have not found him once. I've been moved from domestic violence shelter to domestic violence shelter because they could no longer guarantee my safety. One of the last things he said to me is "now I believe in murder suicide". I hid the abuse well. I was ashamed and embarrassed AND then trapped. He has warrants for attempted murder, domestic battery, criminal confinement, criminal damage to property, possession of a firearm, preventing from calling emergency personnel and strangulation. I have protective orders in two states but he is not phased. He broke my ribs, dislocated my jaw, broke my eye socket, lacerated organs, and shattered my arm (I now have 8 rods and 2 plates holding the bones together). Mind you all this was done after I escaped. My daughter and I have lost everything and it's time to pick up the pieces. I'm tired of running, hiding, looking over my shoulder, I'm tired. I am in the process of filing SSI disability but in the mean time I cant work and my daughter and I need a little help staying afloat. Any help provided is going to go to starting over.
