Miguel's story

Hi all, thank you for your donation. This fundraiser is for An Cat Dubh Sanctuary. A cat sanctuary that have, once again, opened up their doors to a needy cat, called Miguel.

Miguel is a 14 year old, sweet and friendly, elderly cat. He's a gentleman. Miguel is now in his twilight years, his climbing and jumping days are over, he has no teeth left but has had a full vet check and has no health issues.

Things were not looking good for Miguel as he is now 2 weeks living at the vet surgery and needed a particular type of home, a laid back place to live out his years.

Then, An Cat Dubh Sanctuary came to our rescue and offered him a place to live. Miguel will be living in a calm and relaxed area of the sanctuary with two 12 year old cats and a 16 year blind cat.

We want to raise money for this sanctuary as they have taken in hundreds of cats over the years and this brings plenty of vet bills and food costs.

An Cat Dubh Sanctuary have taken special needs cats for me before and i am thrilled that they are taking Miguel.

So lets relieve some of the financial pressure, all of the donations will go directly to An Cat Dubh and we will update you on Miguel’s journey to the sanctuary and follow up on how he settles in.
