Hi, my name is Miranda. I have known Kim for almost 30 yrs I'm reaching out to as many people as I can. My dear friend is being convicted of a crime she didn't commit due to her former girlfriend's family not agreeing with the lifestyle, And also due to the FBI not going out and doing their job. This incident  took place over an 8 day span, 17 years ago. Kim and her former girlfriend stayed at several hotels, ate in restaurants, went to movie theaters, stopped in gas stations and shopped in retail stores. And not one time did the FBI go out and check any of these places for any witnesses or any videos! 

Back in 2000, Kim and her former girlfriend  met in an AOL chat room. And after developing a relationship they began dating and as time past the relationship started getting more serious, Kim and the ex had even been making plans to move in together, Kim was gonna transfer with her job to Michigan. 

Kim was heart broken in a very shaky place so she went to Michigan and met up with her ex girlfriend to talk, At that time they decided to go,out and talk, When the ex noticed the bad place Kim was in they decided to go away for a few days. During the travel they had stayed in several hotels with receipts and shopped in many stores and ate in several restaurants and stopped at many gas stations, Not one time did the ex girlfriend call the police or let anyone know she was in danger!

Imagine if the person you are dating asks you to go get some food and then they decide to tell the FBI you kidnapped and raped them at gun point for 8 days. And this whole time your trying to tell the FBI ITS NOT TRUE and they WONT EVEN Go out and do the THE JOB  they are PAID FOR! And yes, it's on file that they didn't go out and check any hotels or stores from where receipts were found. Then even after the trial one of the jurors called Kims attorneys,  Nessel and Kessel Law and stated that he was so sorry that he didn't want to write guilty down, But the rest of the group kept harassing him until finally he gave in. It would have been a hung jury!

 I'm beside myself how any of this can happen to anyone! Where is the justice?  Why was the ball dropped for my dear friend?  How was it their right to take her FREEDOM away? All they had to do was there JOB and to be thorough! The videos would have showed them not even shopping in Target in the same area together or playing with each other in hotels and in restaurants!

Now 17 yrs later none of the businesses have any of this evidence! But why would they?? No one ever contacted them.
