Hello my name is Pamela and live in E. Irondequoit .  Almost 10 years ago I purchased 2 beautiful German Shorthair puppies.   Molly Mara and Mattie Marie, they were born 2 minutes apart.  Molly was my dog and Mattie was for my 9 year old daughter who used her as a therapy dog.  Molly thought she was a lapdog even at 64 pounds and was always by my side.  On January 5th she died from rat poisoning.  I am devastated and have not stop crying since.  Today I find out that her sister Mattie and my beagle Lily pictured were also exposed.  The Bell Industries manufacturer of the rat poison ( Final all weather blox)  , emergency vet line told  me that I could loose Mattie and Lily  if I don't have the vet start a series of vitamin K shots and keep doing blood work each time till there clotting levels are stable. I learned today that there clotting levels called PTT levels will never return to normal. After talking to the lab again today, I learned that Mattie and Lilly who's lab results came back positive ( PTT levels above high normal )  for rat poison.   I  still owe the balance for Molly as they were trying to save her.  I have to start there regiment tomorrow and I am on social security disability and I am really struggling now.  Please help me with continued treatment to save Mattie and Lily.  Please donate towards there care.  Molly died after 4 days of symptoms and I can tell you it was horrible seeing what the poison did to here.  On Saturday she just came in limping and thoughg she hurt her foot   After examination of her foot and leg it seemed that it was her shoulder that was hurting her. I bandaged her shoulder with a couple of Ace bandages and applied a Ice pack.  Then I applied a warm corn pack and continued throughout the night. She could not climb the stairs so I slept on the couch with her.  I have not slept without her since she was 8 weeks old.  Sunday evening she got a large hematoma above her eye.  First thing Monday I took her to the vet and was given a steroid ointment .Tuesday morning she looked like someone hit her in the eye with and right side of her face with a baseball bat.  The hematoma on her eye now covered her eye and just left a little slit.  She also had a large fluid pocket on her cheek and belly.  She continued to follow me throughout the house even though she hurt so bad. She was one of the most loving and faithful dog I ever owned.   We rushed her to the vet and blood work showed her blood was not clotting.  Her snout was so cold.  Her brain activity started to slow.  I was holding her paw and she looked so sad.  Rat poisoning was diagnosed and she laid there with IV in her arm.  At 7 30PM the vet said Molly still picked up her head and wagged her tail as she entered the room. She said she was so sweet even suffering.   Wednesday morning the phone rang shortly after I got out of bed with Lilly and Mattie.   I got the news that she did not make it.  Lost my best friend.  If I am making typos I am sorry as It's difficult to see the keys with me crying.   Tomorrow morning the treatment begins to save Mattie and Lily.  Please help me save them.  If I loose another right now I really don't think I can handle it.  My vet does not have payment plans. The Vetranarian for Bell Industries help line told me that the poison could be carried to any room in the house. My basement that is full to the brim must be emptied completely and the basement must be scrubbed with detergent. Is that on the label ? Now I have to remove my pets from my home for there saftey. Bell industries customer service rep was rude and nasty and told me to not talk to them talk to my landlord. He then told me that my other dogs weigh enough to handle it. According to the lab a Molly must of eaten one block.  Lil and Mattie must of eaten less.  The sad part it is a cumulative poison.  That means that if they eat some today and some in 3 years the amount of poison is addedup together. I asked them why more information and instuctions were not on the label.  

They brag about theres being the best and is a one time feed. It advertises to have 16 human food ingrediants. It looks like a dog treat, but it is deadly.  I never ask for help but this time I have to.  I have prayed so much for a miracle.  Please be my miracle and help me stop rat poison from being used inside homes with pets and children.
