Our family has always cared for & loved these precious little girls since birth. The mother has always had physical custody of them & the father never really cared about having much to do with them, UNTIL the state of NC raised his child support from $151 a month to almost $700. This is when our nightmare began!

After 2 months of the child support increase, the father filed emergency custody,  which wasn't granted, but a trial was set. We got an attorney, made payments, but she wasnt paid in full by trial & she quit the day of trial. That left Jesica to defend herself alone. Needless to say, she lost custody of her children. Jesica moved to Ohio to be closer to her kids, but the father won't let our family see or talk to them very often. He is not following the court order at all. We only know what the children tell us when we do see them. When we are alone with them they cry, their scared, and express the want to never go back to their fathers home because the other chiildren are very violent to them. When we ask them to tell teachers or adults to help they just say they can't because they are scared of being punished. We have called any and everyone that will listen but the only solution we are given is to contact a lawyer. These little girls have a bright future living at home with their mother. We have seen a dramatic change in the way they act and play and communicate with others since they have been gone. They have also told us of sexual abuse that is going on with the boy that lives in the home as well but noone is willing to even listen to the girls. Not CPS, the police ,or a Counselor without the fathers approval which he will never agree to. We need a lawyer now. We have contacted 50 plus in the last few days and they are asking for alot more than we have right now. It will take time to make the money to pay but we don't have time. We are asking the courts to give Aubrey & Autumn a  guardian ad litem and also we want the children to speak dirtectly to the judge so they can tell him what's really going on without being scared of being punished for talking. Our hearts are breaking. These little girls hearts are breaking. Just to be at home where they dont have to fight for food, attention,& love.

The kids the ones suffering! And we have to fight for them to get them back home with the family they know & love.

Please help our family bring these little girls home.

Thank you in advance!

P.S. Any amount of money that goes over what the fees will cost us will be donated back to another fund. We will not be using any of this for our personal use.

P.P.S. I have recieved some negitive feedback from some people claiming to know the law or thinking that the mother did something wrong. She didn't do drugs or hurt her children to cause this to happen. If you have a question because you doubt anything about this story please fill free to ask. Nothing is being hidden. We are working very hard to get justice for these children! Working with lawyers ,police Child protective services ect. It's all a process and we working hard to fix the wrong that has been made.
