Kaliya has been dancing for 10 years and currently trains at Pacific Northwest Ballet, where she attends classes five days a week, totaling 12+ hours of training each week. Ballet is more than an activity for Kaliya... It's her passion, and it shows in the way she approaches her training with focus, dedication, discipline, and genuine love for the art.
This year, she auditioned for several summer intensive programs and was grateful to receive multiple acceptances. After thoughtful consideration, she chose to train at Ballet Chicago for her summer intensive experience.
Ballet Chicago stood out as the right fit for Kaliya’s summer training, offering a strong classical foundation, professional instruction, and an immersive environment that supports technical growth and artistic development alongside dedicated dancers from across the country.
