Lara was hit by a car and left to die slowly in agony. Gigi was alone and terrified one day outside the building where Valentina fed a street pack that sheltered there. The building had burned, and nobody knows how, or what happened to the other dogs. Valentina took these two damaged girls to safety and they have helped each other heal. Two sweet, gentle dogs who enjoy human company - Lara was even trusting enough to be a blood donor to save another dog in an emergency. Their chances of adoption are nil, but they are happy in a small pension with someone who is kind to them. They only need 35E each per month each to stay there together, safe and settled. After everything they have been through, it would break Valentina’s heart to see them split up or back out at risk on the street. Can we please make sure these two older ladies can be comfortable in their little world? Just a few Euros from you means everything to them.
