Hello and thank you for taking the time to view the official
replacement for Christopher Miller's GFM. My name is Nick Barker and
I've been a Kratom enthusiast for about two years. When I heard what
happened to Chris, I reached out to him to offer any help I could.
Since then, Chris and I have been brainstorming different ways to
raise money and support for this very important case - The first of
it's kind involving Kratom in the United States.
On May 12th, 2017, Christopher Miller, a 26-year old car
salesman and family man from Clarksville,Tennessee was arrested by
the Metro Nashville Police Department for attempting to help a
member of our community in need. Chris now faces a long and
expensive legal battle; he needs our help to remain a free man and
fight for the legality of Kratom in Tennessee.
The reason Chris' case is so important is that it's the first of
its kind in the nation involving Kratom. The outcome of this case
will set precedent for how the authorities handle Kratom not only in
Tennessee, but nationwide and up to the Federal Government. If we
rise up and show our support for Chris and this amazing plant now, I
am confident that we can raise the funds needed to overturn the
"ban" in Tennessee, ensure Chris' freedom and help ensure
safe access to this harmless and helpful herb nationwide.
In order to accomplish this, we need A LOT of financial help. All money donated will be deposited directly into Chris' bank account and will be used for attorney's fees and other legal expenses related to the fight for Kratom in Tennessee and nationwide. Any funds leftover after expenses are paid will be donated to the Botanical Education Alliance or a related nonprofit to help benefit the Kratom community.
In closing, I want everyone to know that every little bit counts
- it's the little things in life that grow to become big. Even if
