Summary:
This is a campaign giving you a chance to support Kristian Daniel Jr (KDJR), a rising star of American motorcycle racing, on a journey to become a MotoGP champion! At just 14 years old, KDJR is already competing full-time in Europe, where he's been racing in top-level Spanish championships with a proven track record of creating MotoGP riders. In 2021, he stepped up to the Junior World Championship in the European Talent Cup (ETC) class, where he was the only American and the youngest rider in the championship, making it an extremely challenging rookie season. Despite this, KDJR showed tremendous determination and finished with his best result of 28th out of 50 riders. 2022, his sophomore season in the ETC, he was able to earn his first points in the championship with a 13th place finish. Now in 2023, he has his eyes set on podium finishes, which will give him a great chance at being selected for the RedBull Rookies Cup (the next step in the Road to MotoGP).
Challenge:
Racing and training at this level requires a lot of time and money. There are 7 official races and 4 official tests all over Spain and Portugal where KDJR and team travel to in order to compete. When he is not racing, he is on a strict training regiment which includes motorcycle, bicycle and gym training 4-5 days per week. All of this while keeping up his grades in school. While KDJR's family and amazing sponsors give they're all to support him, more financial support is needed to meet the 2023 budget!
Solution:
With your help, KDJR can cover part of the racing expenses, training expenses, and travel expenses. Specifically, he would have more testing days with his team, better training motorcycles, and better maintenance across the board. With this, KDJR could focus on what he does best: racing his heart out and representing the United States on the international stage!
