Initial moneys are needed for legal representation, architects, engineers, real estate, construction design, and marketing of the Wheel 30 Prototype project.

There will be No Waste produced in this process. The cost per kw unit will be less than nuclear produced electricity with very little cost involved in maintenance and no fuel costs or deliveries.
The initial cost for installation will be insignificant to the point of it being irrelevant because the facility will be a reliable source of ZERO CARBON FOOTPRINT grid frequency electric power for many generations.
Because it is what it is the power generation facility will become a Major Regional Attraction attracting visitors from around the world just to look at it.
