My name is Juan, i'm 28 and i'm from South Africa

In April 2019 i went for a root canal procedure at a local dentist, which lead to two surgeries which was not covered by a medical aid, and the dentist denied any fault on his side, and declined my polite request to assist with the 2nd surgery cost. 
As a result jaw bone had to be removed and i lost a few teeth leaving my bottom right gum line and i'm only 28. 
Before the 2nd surgery to cut out affected jawbone,  numerous tests were done to see if there are any underlining factors that may be igniting the infection. and i was told i was just that unlucky that it got to a point where a piece of my jawbone had to be removed.
Which is not true as the initial infection was left to long, to a point that it became life threatening, i got booked for emergency surgery by a specialist the day after i saw the dentist (here's a prescription, come back in a few days.), not handled and not treated correctly by the dentist.
the day after i saw the dentist i took the initiative to go see a General practitioner , which refereed me to a dental specialist which booked me in for emergency surgery that same day. how can a normal GP see how serious it was and the dentist not? if i didn't go see the GP and i followed to the dentists advise i might not be sitting here today.
Before the root canal life was great, i was happy, never been to hospital or never had any surgeries, immediately after the simple root canal my life changed, went through a mental nightmare and suffered for 5 straight month trying to recover, this effected my life, my work, relationships and put me in a financial hole.
I've seeked legal advise and i'm unable to take any legal actions as i can not afford this.
My goal is to get teeth implants and hopefully take legal action.
To take a stand against people that don't care how their actions effect other people's lives.
