My name is Alan Bywaters, I have been on expeditions to the North Pole, Deep-Sea off the Coast of the Philippines and to the Base Camp of Mount Everest in 2000. Over the span of 25 years I have travelled most countries on four continents.

Travelling 20 years later and going back to the same places I saw before I see waste everywhere. The World is Broken it is that obvious to me. We've got to do something about. The best part about it is that after seven years I have found the various technologies which upcycle the different waste streams in to cash. That means we can take all the waste in the world and convert it in to a useful resource and either save money or sell it to make money!

This is the message I am going to take with me to the remotest parts of the mountains and engage others to start saving and stop throwing or burning the waste. Once I have enough waste I can bring in the technology to upcycle the plastic waste in to bricks which can be used for earthquake resistent buildings.

I have already started to collect waste, shuttle-running the waste down the mountain isn't an option. There's just too much waste here. I need help.

I need people who can help me clean this up, yaks to bring it down the from the mountains and the technologies to upcycle the waste in to sellable products. Thats where I need your help.

Please help with what you can. Please spread and share the message that 'Cleaning is Profitable!'

We only have a short time left to act. I don't know if it's already too late. Some people say it is, it might well be. But I have to give it the best I've got. Of all the times people have tried to convince me that its impossible or it's too late or that there's too much to do in such a short time. I know that with these technologies AND together we have a chance.

That chance gets better by taking action now. Making the decision to be the solution. And start doing what we can in the best way we know how. I know my actions though focused, well intended and driven, are not enough. The impact is big in a small  way.

It's up to all of us! We as one race on this planet need to come together and take care for the planet. For those of us who can, we need to make the decision right now to start cleaning up the planet.

For those of us who are still working all hours God has given, please help with what you can. For every 10 kilograms payed for we can hire a yak for a day!

I believe we need to all get engaged. Everyone. And that's why I'm asking you. This is the only option we've got to see such a rapid change in such a short while.
