Hi my name is Jason and i am married  15yrs now have 4 kids and i love ford Mustangs and hope to have one some day. My fundraiser is to raise funds for medical expenses, paying for medicine, gas for travel to and from, doctors appointments ,and to get our furniture and appliances to have for a home because we had to sell all of ours due to the car accident, I suffered several injuries but the worst was a brain hemorrhage on my frontal lower lobe, im doing pretty good but i still have a high pitched ringing in my ear, and have vision changes, and also have developed bad anxiety depression, the money raised will be put to good use with my kids and all other expenses,My main concern is getting my medical bills paid and get a home
