Reaching For the S.T.A.R.S
We are in need of sponsors for our 2014 cheerleading squad, we are the Wildcats, which is part of the a nonprofit organization S.T.A.R.S. South Toledo Area Recreation Society recognizes youths as shining stars, illuminating the spirits of young hearts. Our intention is to create opportunities for young individuals, providing support in several aspects, our children are shining S.T.A.R.S.
Not just a team, but a family has been created, motivated by hope. Hope for today, hope for tomorrow, and hope for the future of the children. Even during the most difficult times, reaching for the S.T.A.R.S is made possible, due to our unique Wildcat Cheer Family. Believing anything is possible, children are the true inspiration, as coaches we pertain to enhancing life’s opportunities. Three squads, thirty- four cheer with their heart, sharing one dream.
Last year our squads participated in the competition at the Lucas County Fair, which was broadcasted on BCSN. Unfortunately at that time funding was limited, unable to raise money in time to provide uniforms for our cheerleaders, matching shirts and shorts were the available option. We encourage our family that personality and individuality is significant, in order to be successful. Being a part of the cat family, creating and enhancing positive unique individual strengths, means leaving paw prints on every heart.
Proudly holding our tails high, we were able to have a great season. Uniforms earlier in the season rather than later, this season, would be a great reward for our talented S.T.A.R.S. After observing the spirit, hard work, dedication and commitment portrayed last year, this squad has been an inspiration. Sponsors and any contributions, will assist with the costs of uniforms. By reaching for the S.T.A.R.S with your support, S.T.A.R.S Wildcats Squad will continue shining.
In order to show our appreciation we would acknowledge all who assisted with sponsoring, becoming part of our cat family. We appreciate any contribution.
