A friend (Kellie Williams) of ours is expecting her fourth child and she has really been having a rough go of things. The baby (it's a boy!) was a rather unplanned surprise, as their youngest is almost 10! Right now, she is in need of a guardian angel to help restore her faith in humanity. Will you be one?!
Her husband is a city policeman, and we just can't bear thinking someone who protects us could be out on the street. Even though her husband has a good job, the medical bills from her kids and pregnancy (she's been in the hospital A LOT already) air conditioning repairs, new water line expenses and a host of other random things, bills are quickly piling up. Their house is now in jeopardy of foreclosure! They do not have any immediate family able to help, at this time. She has had her share of difficult things happen in life. Her mother and father divorced when she was small and they abandoned her as a young child and then later in life her mother committed suicide. That all being said, we want to make something positive happen to her and her growing family!
One month of mortgage is $1,300 and that is our goal. We would like to raise enough money to pay for at least one month, by the end of June. Of course we would be extremely happy to surpass that goal! Shortly, we will also be running an auction of handcrafted items on Facebook.
