I am sad to find that my little brother Steve T. Vargas a.k.a. Scrappy only 36 years old passed away unexpectedly early Saturday March 15, 2014. He did not have life insurance or any savings to assist in paying for his funeral services. Our family is reaching out to our family, our friends, his friends and every one out there for donations. We ask for Donations to please help us pay for his funeral and cremation services. We would like to lay Stevie to rest in peace and are asking for assistance in doing that.  Any and all donations no matter the amount will be accepted and will be greatly appreciated. He collapsed outside his front door not long after he stepped out to get some fresh air as he had become short of breath. He was at his apartment where he lived with his wife Erica, his 10 year old son, his eight year old daughter and his 21 year old step son. His cause of death is still unknown as we are to wait for the coroners report to come back and hopefully have the answer. I am so heartbroken that he was called home so suddenly and his life unexpectedly come to an end . It has me beyond sad that his children are now left to grow up without their Dad. Praying that they be blessed and watched over extra in his absence. He is the 4th family member out of six we have lost . My older brother Buddy Vargas passed away first at 43 years old on November 25, 2007. Steve being the third death after losing both of our parents in 2011 only 3 months apart. My sister Louise Madril and  I, Lucinda Cortes are the only surviors out of the Vargas family. Losing my little brother so sudden and unexpectedly is of great loss to all that knew him. I must say my Baby Brother was a handful at times from the day he was born till the day he was called home to be with God and all of our loved ones who went before him. He was funny, talented rapper, a close father always there for his kids, a caring Husband, all a little brother should be, a loving uncle to Gabriel, Sarah, Isaac, and Sidda, and a loved favorite uncle to my kids Cintrina, Jorge jr. and Ericka, and a loving friend till the end to many. Steve loved music as everyone in our family did and does. I use to call him the music man because there wasn't a song or artist he didn't know or have in his collection. He will be missed but always remembered. He will be loved forever and always. We thank you all for your time and consideration in this time of need. We are deeply thankful for your assistance by sharing and giving a donation to the cause. Stevie is looking down upon us and knows that you all helped in laying him to rest. May he Rest in Peace along with our Dad Tello Vargas, our Mom Teresa Vargas and our Big Brother Buddy Vargas a.k.a Tello Vargas 3rd. God bless you all always.

Sincerely Greatful with lots of Love,

Lucinda, Louise, all of our children (Stevies nephews and Nieces) Erica, his children and his stepson Jesse
