Tara Placker hasn't added a story.
On December 28, 2013, Justin Clay Lee Myers went home to be with his Heavenly Father. Justin’s passing was unexpected and there are still many unanswered questions with regard to his death.
Justin was a devoted father to three amazing daughters, a wonderful son and a great friend. Justin served his country proudly in Iraq and Afghanistan. As is the case with so many young men upon his return Justin was diagnosed with PTSD. But, Justin would not be kept down and at the time of his passing, Justin was attending college, working on becoming a counselor in order to help others with similar problems.
The outpouring of love and support for Justin’s family has been tremendous and amazing, but the future will be challenging. Because we know so many people want to do something, we have set up a donation site. Although we cannot bring Justin back, we can alleviate some of the financial burden of his passing and also seek help in finding answers for the unanswered questions surrounding his passing. Contribution will be used to help with the costs of Justin’s funeral expenses as well as the investigation into his death.
