The Blacknest Park developers are back!

On 28th of June, 2013, the developers had their planning application to build a £20 million mansion rejected.

This was a major success for the campaigners wishing to protect the natural landscape of Granny Kettle Wood – a designated Local Wildlife Site and Green Corridor.

On 22 October, 2013, the developers submitted an appeal to try and overturn the decision.

Ashely Bowes is a highly respected planning and rural affairs lawyer, and he will be supporting us throughout the appeal. see http://www.ashleybowesassociates.com for more on his background.

We are now seeking a £10 donation from 350 generous individuals. This will cover the legal costs for fighting the developer’s appeal.

We want to demonstrate that the collective efforts of many caring individuals can face up to the destructive interests of one greedy developer.

Please support the campaign. Together, we can win!
