Connie has been at this for a while now.  She’s been battling metastatic malignant melanoma cancer for 21+ years (since 1992), and it originated as skin cancer on the upper part of her right arm when she was 29.    Since then she’s had malignant tumors in the following places: toe (right foot), axilla area (right arm pit), colon (right section), lung (right), and knee (left). She's been doing various forms of chemotherapy nonstop ever since the tumor in the axilla area was discovered in 2006.    There have been many victories along the way, as each of these masses were able to be surgically removed.

A few months ago a new tumor was discovered in her heart (left ventricle), and after numerous tests and several specialists' opinions, it was deemed inoperable.   Success now is completely dependent on a new form of chemotherapy, which Connie has already started.

Anyone who knows Connie, knows that she is one of the most positive, selfless individuals that will ever cross your path.  She'd give her left leg if she knew it would help someone.   She's not one to ask for help either, but thankfully she's surrounded by loved ones that know it's not easy to keep fighting such an expensive battle with the mounting medical and transportation costs.

Please help if you're able!
