The sport is like none other. Some may call it boring or soft but there’s more than what the eye seams to bring to the table. The average person just sees a young boy rather in an outfit or a uniform used for competing. As they don’t know what has become before that moment he places his tired relentless feet on a starting block. The tale goes way beyond that of what you think about the sport of track and that young boy you see.
Nobody knows what has lead up to this moment. The blood, the tears, the sweat and most of all self inflicting motivation that comes from few and far between. You see this young boy come to those blocks just Hoping that all the hard work he’s put in is enough for what’s about to happen. That’s where most people get it wrong if there’s a hope or a dream you probably haven’t done enough. Do you see when you get to this moment in life. The best of you is about to come out of you. When your sitting there in silence waiting for that gun to go off in those three seconds it feels like an eternity. The quietness can throw the week minded off because it all becomes a head game at that moment, but the strong will prevail and that’s where this young boy sits right now. 

What just started off as just another sport to get ready for football and to stay busy Damitry Tatman has found his one place that nothing can be taken away from him but what he has put back into the sport. Not hopeing what he has done behind close doors is enough. But knowing that he’s done is more than anyone else next to him in that quietness. As the gun goes off everything has been forgotten but pure instincts kick in allowing the student athlete to show the world what he has become. Those long strides, low center of gravity and if done right the scrape on his track shoe. All 100m gone in a split time of 12 seconds. To getting to that finish line to look back immediately to the time clock to see if you’ve done the impossible. What everybody has doubted you to do. Catch the ghost.

He will eventually catch the ghost. He has put in all the time needed all the hard work every aspiration, Every mental decision made. He has done all that. Now I’m asking if we could do our part and help this young man succeed with a small donation it will help his dreams as breaking that record. And forever solidifying the five generations that were once alive altogether with him being that’s of those generations. His last name in the record books.  Those last names of generations that then could never be forgotten.
